1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Billbord LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on [start date] and ends on [end date] (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
(a) Paid Entry:
Each $0.99 digital purchase made at https://stan.store/billbord during the Promotion Period automatically earns one promotional entry for a chance to win.
(b) Free Mail-In Entry:
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a plain 3×5 card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Each mailed entry will count as one entry. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by [postmark date] and received by [received-by date].
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (approximate retail value: $1,199). The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within one (1) day after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified by email or direct message within one (1) business day of selection and must respond within three (3) days to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be chosen.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received through all entry methods.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors. By entering, participants release Sponsor from all liability for any damages or losses arising from participation or prize use.
